Q. If you could change the ending of any book (or series), which book would you choose? Why and to what?
I would change the ending to Paradise by Jill Alexander. The book is so good until the ending when IT happens out of nowhere! I saw no reason at all for her to do that and I felt scammed. I would make it so said event didn't happen!!

Thanks for stopping by! Leave a comment so I can stop by your blog as well. =)
That's exactly why I won't read Paradise, hahaha. I keep hearing how good it is, but then I hear about the ending and...well, no thank you!
ReplyDeleteThat kind of reminds me of The Summer of Skinny Dipping. Here's this great contemporary YA and BAM, this "thing" happens out of nowhere and completely ruins the book. WHHHHHY!?!?!?
I've never read it, but now I want to go read spoilers!
ReplyDeleteNew follower, hopping through.. My Follow Friday is here.

Just hopping through. I've seen mention of this book elsewhere, with much the same sort of reaction. I think I'll be avoiding it.
ReplyDeleteIve never heard of Paradise. Some endings just really get to you dont they. I know they do to me.

Hopping through. Hope you reach 1000 soon! Good luck. I need to read Paradise. I thought her first book was okay/good. I'm curious, even if you didn't like the ending.

ReplyDeleteI hate it when I finish a book and I feel scammed. Especially after all that time wasted when there are so many other worthwhile books out there. I'll keep my eyes peeled for your 1,000 followers giveaway!

That ending is a pretty good reason for romance junkies not to read any more of her books, lol. :)

I totally agree with you about Paradise. Totally unnecessary -- I just pretend it didn't happen.
ReplyDeleteI haven't read this book and it was one that I was really looking forward to. Maybe I'll borrow it from the library first.
